Today we honor all our veteran’s. Not many of us know what it is like to fight and be brave in war. If you know a veteran, be sure to thank them for their honor and service for all of us. What they have seen and endured on our behalf deserves our deepest respect and thanks.
The origin of Veteran’s day hails from the Palace of Versailles when the treaty of Versailles was signed, marking the official end of World War I. Congress named Veteran’s Day a legal holiday in 1938.
