Meet the C.C. Wall Real Estate Team
C.C. Wall represents decades of business experience, a strong sense of ambition, and steadfast integrity. Holding an MBA from the Anderson School of Business at UCLA, C.C. Wall worked as a Marketing and Sales Manager for McCormick Spices, Dixie Paper Products and Crayola. Applying this marketing expertise to the Real Estate process, C.C. has built a reputation as an industry-leader trailblazer, unwavering negotiator, and trustworthy advocate for all of her clients. Her competitive, multi-faceted web marketing strategies ensure that all of her property listings are perfectly showcased in the marketplace, and have earned her Platinum status with $20 million+ in transaction volume. In addition to sales prowess and an intense work ethic, C.C. has a fantastic eye for design and strong staging talent. Attending the prodigious Rhode Island School of Design, C.C. turned her lifelong passion for interior design into an advanced skill that she applies to all for-sale properties. Working with her contractor and extensive archive of home decor accessories, C.C. gives each home a beautiful, move-in-ready feel so it will come alive for prospective buyers.
A Native of Baltimore, C.C. is a sixteen-year Rhode Island resident with a passion for all things local. She sees Providence as an epicenter for history, design and culture–all of her greatest loves. She treasures being a real estate agent here and channels this appreciation through all client interactions. C.C. also loves being constantly connected to what’s growing and changing in the local communities. And, she takes pride in sharing these insights in the form of finding clients the best neighborhoods to live in, sharing market trends, and publishing her unparalleled analytics reports. Living in a 200-year-old house on Providence’s Benefit Street, also known as the “Mile of History”, only fuels C.C.’s enthusiasm for the area. She is honored to act as a steward of Rhode Island’s illustrious heritage, and further contributes to Rhode Island’s story through work with the Spring tour of Historic Houses (past co-chair), Providence Historic Marker committee (member), and Providence Preservation Society (former board member and designated Historic House Specialist).
As described by colleagues and clients, C.C. is an agent who truly cares about her clients, intuitively puts their needs first, sincerely wants their home-buying or selling goals to be successful, and when given a goal, will never give up. In addition, she is a peerless competitor in the local market and keen, growth-oriented business maven. Always on the pulse of new technologies and ideas for improvement, C.C. will a deliver a winning, energized strategy for you.
When C.C. is not engaging in all things real estate (including being a landlord for 5 rental units), she enjoys scoping out deals at yard sales and flea markets, procuring antiques for her booth on Wickenden Street, and designing for her burgeoning jewelry line. A true social butterfly, C.C. also loves visiting art galleries, checking out new restaurants, meeting friends at her favorite local coffee shops, and walking all over the East Side with Olivia, her stylish Italian Greyhound pup.

Megan has assisted C.C. Wall for 11 years and credits C.C. with inspiring her to obtain her Real Estate license. Megan also says that “C.C.’s drive continually challenges her to be better and more ambitious…I have seen C.C. hold together deals that anyone else would have given up on. She is caring and passionate, both in business and when dealing with all people.” Within C.C. Wall’s Real Estate Team, Megan manages all administrative aspects of the Real Estate process. Give her a document and she will find the one comma out of place. Give her a goal and she will go above and beyond, even after she feels the task is complete.
Prior to working in Real Estate, Megan attended college at Regis University and achieved degrees in Biology Business Management. Her original hometown is Sandwich, MA, better known as Cape Cod, but she has been a happy resident of Providence for the past 11 years. With a small-city feel, Providence allows her to enjoy amazing restaurants and music venues while still having 1-hour proximity to her family on “the Cape,” (who she visits almost every weekend!) Megan’s local family includes her husband, her beagle Peeps and Dachshund Bagel. In the spare minutes that she’s not glued to her phone waiting for a client inquiry, she enjoys reading mystery novels, seeing live music, attending comedy shows and spending time with animals.
